How do I know my order has been received?
A mail containing your order details will be sent to you upon receiving your order. If you are a first time customer, a BeautyKink sales rep will call you to verify your order.
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
After you verify your order, we start processing and a confirmation mail will be sent to you, which will contain your order number, order details and delivery details. If you opt for a Bank Transfer mode of payment, your order will only be confirmed after we receive notification of your payment
I have placed my order but no response
We try as much as possible to respond to you not later than 6 hours after you place your order. If you get no response from us within 3-6 hours, kindly request a call back by calling 08178808755
When can I order?
You can order at BeautyKink anytime, any day, 24/7! At any time you order, you will get a verification mail, not later than 1 hour after placing your order
Can I call to order?
YES, you can call or request a call back to place your order. All you need do is tell us the product(s) you want and how you want to pay. Every other communication will be done through the phone which includes text messages. Call 08178808755
Can I order a product that is 'Out of stock'?
You can't order a product that has been listed as 'out of stock', but you can fill the 'NOTIFY ME' form listed below the product to get instant notification when the order is back in stock.
Do I need to have an account to shop?
NO! You can checkout by using the “Guest Check Out” option on the check out page. But we strongly recommend you to register an account so you can track your orders, see your order history, keep wish lists and so much more.

When do I get my item(s)?
Delivery within Lagos takes between 1-3 working days, outside Lagos takes between 2-5 days, depending on the location. Estimated delivery date and time will be included in your confirmation email. Please check our DELIVERY AND PAYMENT page for more information!
How much are delivery charges?
Delivery charges depend on the location, your items will be shipped to. Please check our DELIVERY AND PAYMENT page to check the price allocated to your location.
How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through logistics partners
I can't find my location on the list of shipping areas
Not to worry. Just send us a mail, indicating where you want your items shipped to we will get back to you, to let you know if delivery is possible, with the charges.
Can my parcel be delivered to an office address?
Yes, your parcel can be delivered to an office address. After placing your order, fill the required field with the address of your choice. Your parcel will be delivered to the address sent to us.
My items haven't arrived yet. What can I do?
If your parcel exceeds the estimated delivery time, do not hesitate to call 08178808755 or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, we will help you track your order and give you details as to why it is being delayed. Please note, in a case where your parcel has been lost ( for outside Lagos deliveries), we will notify you and try to rectify the issue. If after 7 days, your parcel has not been found, we will pay a refund into your account.
How Do I Make Payment?
BEAUTYKINK has two payment options to choose from. Online Payment using your Nigerian issued Debit Cards and Bank Transfer.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Can I cancel my order?
Yes! Orders can be cancelled before they have been shipped. If we haven't sent you a 'Your parcel has been shipped' notification, you can still cancel. Once you get the notification, orders CAN'T be cancelled.
Can I return my items?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of makeup and cosmetic items due to hygiene reasons.

How do I search for products?
Put a keyword into the search box and all products relevant to your search will be displayed. You can search with the brand, category, product name or just a keyword. Once you have found your product select "add to cart". Continue searching and adding more products, until you are ready to checkout.
What if I cannot find my particular product on your website?
If we do not currently have the particular item you are looking for, then please inform us as we are always looking to broaden our product selection, and keep our customers satisfied.
