BeautyKink offers refund ONLY for damaged or lost goods. We would NEVER ship out damaged goods to you. This only happens in transit as a result of the courier/delivery system.

Before you contact us, please note:
- Make sure you check your items AT THE POINT OF DELIVERY
- If there is any damage done, indicate to the courier service, DO NOT sign the receipt.
- Signing the receipt shows that you received the goods in good condition.
- According, to the company's damaged goods policy, you might be asked to fill a form.
You will be contacted by our team and will give you details of your refund. Please note that REFUND WILL ONLY BE ISSUED IF THESE STEPS ARE FOLLOWED.

With your order number, we will help you track your order and give you details as to why it is being delayed.
Please note, in a case where your parcel has been lost ( for outside Lagos deliveries), we will notify you and try to rectify the issue. If after 7 days, your parcel has not been found, we will pay a refund into your account.
